The invention provides an automatic control marine built-in oil collection machine, which has functions of automatic regulation of height, automatic starting and stopping of the oil conveying pump of the oil collection machine, automatic change of the rotating speed along with the thickness of the oil membrane and automatic matching of the rotating speed of the oil conveying belt of the oil collection machine and the relative flow rate of water and belongs to the field of oil spill emergency response technology and equipment. The stretching/retracting of a hydraulic oil cylinder is regulated, the lifting/descending of the oil collection machine is controlled and the relative position of the water level and the oil collection machine is kept to be constant; the oil conveying pump is started/stopped automatically and the rotating speed is changed automatically along with the thickness of the oil membrane; the rotating speed of the oil conveying belt of the oil collection machine is properly regulated to be in a certain matching relation with the relative flow speed of water; the oil collection efficiency of the oil collection machine is improved effectively and the oil conveying belt of the oil collection machine only carries oil without carrying water.
