The invention discloses a compound chain belt. The chain belt comprises a first plastic layer, a second plastic layer and a USB component, wherein the USB component comprises a USB connector and an FPC flat cable which are connected with each other; the first plastic layer and the second plastic layer are arranged together by means of injection molding; and the FPC flat cable is clamped between the first plastic layer and the second plastic layer. The invention further discloses a chain belt manufacture method. According to the method, the chain belt comprises the first plastic layer and the second plastic layer, the FPC flat cable is clamped between the first plastic layer and the second plastic layer, the USB connector is connected to one end of the FPC flat cable. The compound chain belt is comfortable to wear, has good wear resistance and long service life due to the double-layer chain belt structure, has the function of USB charging or data transmission, and enables the FPC flat cable to be well protected. Furthermore, the metal chain belt and the chain belt structure made of a plastic material are combined, so that the chain belt structure is compact and reliable, has the advantages of a flexible strap and a chain belt, and has long service life.
