Summary: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a lithium ion battery anode material LiMnBO3 by using a molten salt method. The method comprises the following steps: mixing a lithium salt or lithium hydroxide, a boric acid, a manganese salt or MnO, grinding or ball-milling, or mixing LiBO2, the manganese salt or MnO, grinding or ball-milling, and uniformly mixing, thereby obtaining a precursor (I); mixing the precursor (I) and molten hydrochloride, grinding, uniformly mixing, and drying, thereby obtaining a precursor (II); sintering the obtained precursor (II) for 1-10 hours at 400-800 DEG C in inert atmosphere, and performing furnace cooling; washing, and drying, thereby obtaining a LiMnBO3 material. The method further comprises a step of adding carbon materials such as acetylene black, ketjen black, cane sugar or glucose in the preparation process, thereby achieving carbon coating of the product. By adopting the method, the reaction temperature is lowered, the reaction time is shortened, the morphology of the product is effectively controlled, and the electrochemical circulation property of the material is improved. |
