The specific synthesis method of the organosilicone surfactant adopting oxoalkyl acid as the spacer group comprises two steps: gamma-aminopropyl methyl diethoxysilane and acid anhydride have an amidation reaction; and gamma-aminopropyl methyl diethoxysilane-oxoalkyl acid and solketal have an esterification reaction.
