Abstract | The invention relates to artificial insemination liquid and a preparation method thereof, in particular to artificial insemination liquid for acipenser dabryanus and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of dissolving NaCl, KCl, MgCl2.6H2O, CaCl2, glucose and Tris-base into deionized water to form a mixed solution, and adjusting the pH of the mixed solution by HCl to 7.8 so as to form the artificial insemination liquid for the acipenser dabryanus. Every 500 millimeters of the artificial insemination liquid contains 0.585g of NaCl, 0.0019 of KCl, 0.5083g of MgCl2.6H2O, 0.2775g of CaCl2, 5.4g of glucose and 1.2114g of Tris-base. The artificial insemination liquid for the acipenser dabryanus consists of different ions and macromolecular substances by completely aiming at substances for activating sperms of the acipenser dabryanus; the ions and the macromolecular substances can achieve a certain optimizing effect on the movement of the sperms; the activating rate of the sperms is over 90 percent, the activity of the sperms is obviously improved, and the service life of the sperms is obviously prolonged; the activity of the sperms can be improved from 103-123s to 172s-185s; the fertilization rate is increased from 13-29 percent to 54-58 percent. |
