Summary:A touch panel having a transparent area and a peripheral area disposed at least one side of the transparent area is provided. The touch panel includes a plurality of touch portions, at least one peripheral touch portion, a plurality of pads, a plurality of first wirings and at least one second wiring. The touch portions are located in the transparent area, while the peripheral touch portion and the pads are located in the peripheral area. The touch portions are electrically connected to the pads through the first wirings. The peripheral touch portion is electrically connected to at least one of the pads through the at least one second wiring, wherein the at least one second wiring and at least one of the first wirings are electrically connected to the same pad.
