Abstract The invention discloses a real-time charging method, a real-time charging device and a real-time charging system. The method, the device and the system can be applied to a cloud resource operating system based on OpenStack architecture. The real-time charging method comprises the following steps: receiving a charging start message sent by a Keystone; calibrating the amount of money of an account of a user required to be charged, if the amount of money of the account passes through the calibration, starting to carry out charging and informing the Keystone; receiving a charging stop message sent by the Keystone, processing the charging stop message, and if the charging stop message is successfully processed, ending the charging of the user. According to the method, the device and the system, the effect of providing a simple and practical charging implementation system for the OpenStack is achieved.
