Summary:The invention discloses an insulated control cable. The structure comprises a plurality of stranded wire cores, wherein a copper strand wire is arranged in each stranded wire core, and an aluminum strand wire is arranged outside each copper strand wire; a hot dip galvanized layer is arranged on the surface of each copper strand wire, a passivation layer is arranged on the surface of each hot dip galvanized layer, an epoxy resin coating is arranged on the outer side of the stranded wire cores, the outer side of the stranded wire cores is further sleeved with an insulation sleeve, and the insulation sleeve comprises an insulation layer and a heat insulation layer. The insulated control cable disclosed by the invention can overcome the deficiencies in the prior art; by adding galvanized steel cores and the epoxy resin coating, as well as the insulation sleeve, the strength, the wear resistance and the corrosion resistance of the aluminum strand wires are improved, and the service life of the aluminum strand wires is prolonged.
