Abstract The invention relates to a modularized control method of boiler which is mainly used for finishing modularized control of boiler ignition preparation, ignition to start the boiler, boiler running, boiler stopping, and overhauling process; the method is applicable to boiler equipment. The modularized control method of boiler divides the boiler into 12 modules by different using periods or safety protecting measures: a boiler ignition preparation module, a boiler ignition module, a boiler boosting module, a boiler adjusting module, a boiler tuning module, a boiler sewage discharging module, a boiler pressure relief module, a boiler stopping module, a boiler fault module, a boiler warning module, a boiler overhauling module, and a boiler linkage simulation module; control scheme of each module is enacted to finish the cooperation of each physical equipment; and the former scrappy operation manner of finding corresponding equipment according to the equipment overview map of individually setting a certain parameter is changed into the manner of invoking relative parameters in batches from the constituent subsystems of the boiler; the relative factors thereof are configured in advance in the automatic mode, whereas the factors are independent from each other in the manual mode, thereby achieving the safe, stable, quickly responded modularized operation of the boiler.
