Abstract | The invention discloses a needle detection device based on a hanging system. The needle detection device comprise a left side plate, a right side plate and an electric main board which are electrically connected; the left side plate and the right side plate are oppositely arranged and vertically positioned at two sides of the hanging system; electromagnetic coils are arranged in the left side plate and the right side plate; after the left side plate and the right side plate are electrified, an electromagnetic field is generated between the left side plate and the right side plate; a detecting object is conveyed between the left side plate and the right side plate through the hanging system; when the electromagnetic field varies due to the detecting object, an electromagnetic field varying signal is transmitted to the electric main board, and the electric main board synchronously feeds back a signal. The needle detection device links with an intelligent hanging production line, and the independent article conveying mechanical structure is saved, so that the size of the whole verification device is reduced; meanwhile, manually detected feeding and discharging are avoided; the needle detection is automatically carried out, and therefore, the production efficiency is greatly increased, and the labor cost is saved. |
