Abstract | The invention discloses a preparing method of acid-base-resistant black iron oxide. The preparing method comprises the following steps: adopting black iron oxide prepared by a sodium hydroxide oxidation process, directly using an oxidation filter cake not dried, adding 2-3% of polytetrafluoroethylene and 0.5-1% of gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, heating to 70-80 DEG C in a water bath, grinding at a high speed of 2500-3000rpm for 20-30 minutes, taking out, drying, then adding a 95% ethanol solution of which the weight is 2-3 times of that of powder, 4-8% of methyl methacrylate and 0.4-0.5% of silicon carbide, agitating and reacting for 1-2h, filtering, air-drying, washing and drying to obtain a finished product. According to the preparing method, the gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane is used as a color fixing agent, and the acid-base resistance of the black iron oxide is improved through the polytetrafluoroethylene and the silicon carbide. |
