Abstract | The invention relates to steering axle pneumatic control systems, in particular to an adaptive steering axle composite suspension pneumatic control system. An emergency relay valve is connected to a two-phase three-way magnetic exchange valve I through a pipe, the two-phase three-way magnetic exchange valve I is connected to two brake chambers through pipes, a pressure protection valve is sequentially connected to a pressure regulating valve, a two-phase three-way magnetic exchange valve II and a quick release valve through pipes, two carrying air bags are connected through the quick release valve, the pressure protection valve is also connected to a two-phase three-way magnetic exchange valve III through a pipe, and the two-phase three-way magnetic exchange valve III is connected to a steering lock chamber through a pipe. The adaptive steering axle composite suspension pneumatic control system can control a vehicle to achieve adaptive steering axle operations under different driving conditions, such as no load, full load, low speed driving, high speed driving and reversing, prolongs the service life of an adaptive steering axle, reduces vehicle costs and improves the passing capability of the vehicle. |
