Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of dies, in particular to a dynamic die matching precision compensation method. The method is characterized by includes 1, performing plate material forming analysis, structure elastic deforming analysis and heat deforming analysis on a die; 2, coupling a die plate material part thickness reducing quantity, a die structural elastic deformation quantity and a die heat deformation quantity after the plate material forming analysis, the structure elastic deforming analysis and the heat deforming analysis; 3, performing die surface compensation rules on the coupled data; 4, performing CAD software machining model curved surface reconstruction according to the data after the die surface compensation rules; 5, machining the model to obtain a finished product after the machining model curved surface reconstruction. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the CAE manners of the plate material forming analysis, structure elastic deforming analysis and heat deforming analysis are adopted to distinguish the portion thickness reducing quantity, elastic deformation of the die contact surface and the die deformation tendency and quantity after heat treatment, after sheet metal parts are formed. |
