Summary: | The invention discloses welding magnetic-reducing equipment for an aluminum electrolysis cell under total current. The welding magnetic-reducing equipment comprises an opening and closing mechanism, a multi-stage chip resistor, a heavy-current resistor switcher, a manual clamping device, an electric drive unit, a small hydraulic pressure station, a mounting bracket and a cylinder, wherein flange structures are respectively arranged at two ends of the multi-stage chip resistor; the opening and closing mechanism is arranged on a lower flange of the multi-stage chip resistor; the heavy-current resistor switcher and the electric drive unit are arranged on an upper flange of the multi-stage chip resistor. The welding magnetic-reducing equipment has the beneficial effects that the technical problem that the aluminum electrolysis cell cannot achieve welding under the total current is solved; reliable welding is achieved under the total current; connection voltage drops between a cathode and buses, and between the buses are reduced; the targets of reducing energy consumption and improving the stability of the electrolysis cell and the current efficiency are achieved; and the welding magnetic-reducing equipment has the characteristics of being simple in structure and convenient to use. |
