Abstract | The invention discloses a long sleeve type hand-assisted device. The long sleeve type hand-assisted device comprises a retractor and a sealing mechanism, and is characterized in that the sealing mechanism comprises a long sleeve and a ring, wherein one end of the long sleeve is hermetically connected to the retractor; the ring can be connected with the other end of the long sleeve and gloves. Compared with the prior art, the long sleeve type hand-assisted device has the advantages that activity limitation and easily caused fatigue caused by the fact that an assistance hand is fixed on an abdominal wall are avoided, the operation is more flexible and more comfortable, a stable long channel is established (the size of an incision of the assisted device is determined according to surgery requirements, and the hand can stretch or not into an abdominal cavity), an open instrument can be applied to a laparoscopic surgery, and a brand-new idea and an operation method are provided for a hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery. |
