The invention provides a method for processing cookie data and a client side. The method for processing cookie data comprises the steps of acquiring a http responding message from a target station; extracting cookie setting data of the target station from the responding message; searching for relevant stations of the target station; writing the cookie data of the relevant stations in cookie files according to the cookie setting data so as to add the cookie data of the relevant stations in a http request message when a http request is sent to the relevant stations. By means of the scheme of the method for processing cookie data, cookies are extracted from the responding message returned from the target station, and the cookie files of a series of relevant stations of the target station are generated locally and automatically according to the extracted cookies, so that when access to the relevant stations is had, the corresponding cookie data are attached to identify the relevant stations, it is unnecessary to execute the repeated log-in process, operation of a user is reduced, and the use experience is improved.
