Summary:The invention provides a portable adjusting tool for a regulating protection element of a turbine charging set. An air source connector is communicated with a control cavity connector after being in series connection with a control cavity pressure adjusting valve, a main valve pressure adjusting valve is in series connection to a pipeline where the air source incoming connector and a main valve incoming connector are connected, a pipeline communication guide valve incoming connector is by-pass connected to a pipeline between the main pressure adjusting valve and the main valve incoming connector, a by-pass pipeline connection change-over switch is by-pass connected to a pipeline between the rear end of the pipeline of the by-pass guide valve incoming connector and the main valve incoming connector, the change-over switch is communicated with an amplification cavity connector, and a vacuum adjusting valve, a vacuum pump and a vacuum maintaining valve communication vacuum connector are in series connection to an air source connector. A portable, integrated and multifunctional adjusting tool is provided, and an MTC-1 patent replaces a commissioning tool of a regulating protection system of a conventional turbine charging set, so that the commissioning efficiency of the turbine charging set is improved greatly, the commissioning cost is reduced greatly, and the MTC-1 is convenient to maintain and easy to operate.
