Summary: | The invention discloses a method for producing methane by utilizing waste fresh tobacco leaves. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: pretreating the waste fresh tobacco leaves, feeding the pretreated waste fresh tobacco leaves an anaerobic reactor together with a certain proportion of fresh cow dung, and performing anaerobic fermentation at natural temperature to produce methane. The method concretely comprises the following steps: a, crushing raw materials; b, regulating the carbon-nitrogen ratio of fermented raw materials; c, performing stack composting in a pond; d, inoculating; e, regulating TS concentration; f, regulating pH value; and g, fermenting under a closed environment. The conversion of waste fresh tobacco leaves to clean energy can be realized by performing anaerobic fermentation treatment on the waste fresh tobacco leaves, higher methane production rate can be obtained, no secondary pollution exists in the production of methane, the method provides a new technical path for the innocent treatment and recycling of the waste fresh tobacco leaves resources, and the ecological environment of a tobacco region can be effectively protected. |
