Abstract | A measuring and pay-off device special for an electric transmission line rod tower ground resistor comprises a base and a rotating shaft. A hinge base is mounted in the middle of the top face of the base, a connecting block is hinged to the hinge base, and the connecting block is fixedly provided with a fixing shaft. The fixing shaft is matched to be provided with a connecting sleeve, the connecting sleeve is provided with a connecting rod, and a handle is mounted at the upper end of the connecting rod. Wire coils are mounted at the two ends of the rotating shaft, a crank is mounted on the end face of the outer side of each wire coil, a shaft sleeve is mounted in the middle of the rotating shaft, and the shaft sleeve and the connecting rod are fixedly connected.
