Abstract | The invention discloses a non-uniform model sand automatic screening system. The non-uniform model sand automatic screening system comprises an automatic screening machine (1) and a belt conveyer. The automatic screening machine (1) comprises a screen body (11), a double vibration motor (12) and a base (13), wherein the two ends of the screen body (11) are provided with a feeding port (111) and a discharging port (112) respectively, the screen body (11) is connected with the double vibration motor (12) through a force transmission plate (14), the double vibration motor (12) has an inclination angle in the direction perpendicular to a screen surface, the screen body (11) is connected with the base (13) through a supporting spring (15), and a spring leaf retainer located at the bottom of the screen body and a spring leaf retainer located at the top of the base are sleeved with the supporting spring. A feeding port of the belt conveyer is located above the feeding port (111) of the screen body. The non-uniform model sand automatic screening system can screen model sand used for reuse, and therefore the cost is reduced. |
