The invention provides a multifunctional toothbrush which comprises a handle. A toothbrush head is arranged at one end of the handle, comb teeth are arranged at the other end of the handle, the handle is connected with the toothbrush head through a fastener, the handle is connected with the comb teeth through a fastener, and a toothpaste extruding gap for the tail portion of a toothpaste barrel to penetrate through is formed in the handle. At ordinary times, the handle, the toothbrush head and the comb teeth are separately arranged in a package bag. When the multifunctional toothbrush is used, external package of the toothbrush is torn open, the toothbrush head is connected to the handle for tooth cleaning, and after the tooth cleaning is completed, the toothbrush head is screwed off, and the comb teeth are connected to the handle for hair combing. The tail portion of the toothpaste barrel penetrates through the toothpaste extruding gap of a toothbrush holder and is properly pulled, toothpaste can be forwards extruded out, backward movement of the toothpaste in the toothpaste barrel is effectively prevented, and waste is completely eradicated.
