Abstract | The invention discloses a sea sedge and shrimp meat steamed stuffed bun which is characterized in that the stuffing consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of shrimp meat, 60-80 parts of whitebait, 90-110 parts of fresh asparagus, 20-30 parts of pickled peppers, 2-3 parts of myrobalan, 2-4 parts of perilla leaf, 50-60 parts of needle mushroom, 3-5 parts of liquorice, 4-5 parts of peach leaf, 60-70 parts of lotus root starch, 50-60 parts of sesame powder, 8-10 parts of ginger paste, 8-10 parts of nutrition additives and a proper amount of rapeseed oil, salt and yellow wine; and the wrapper consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200-300 parts of flour, 20-30 parts of sea sedge and a proper amount of yeast powder and water. The shrimp meat in the invention is rich in nutrition and contains multiple substances beneficial to the human body, the added traditional Chinese medicinal materials such as the myrobalan, perilla leaf and liquorice have the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, the wrapper contains ground seaweed, and the steamed stuffed bun is unique in taste and is suitable to be eaten by most of people. |
