Summary:The invention provides an over-speed protection device. An adjusting bolt is arranged at the top of a shell, hermetically penetrates through the shell and is connected with a spring; the spring is connected with an ejection plate; the circumference of the ejection plate is hermetically connected with an upper diaphragm; the upper diaphragm is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the shell; the lower part of the ejection plate is connected with an ejection rod; the lower part of the ejection rod hermetically penetrates through a sleeve and is in contact with a steel ball of a one-way valve; the one-way valve is arranged at the inner bottom of the shell; the outer circle of the sleeve is hermetically connected with a lower diaphragm; the lower diaphragm is hermetically connected with the shell; a through hole is formed in the pipe wall of the shell between the upper diaphragm and the lower diaphragm and is connected with an adapter partition plate joint; a through hole is formed in the pipe wall of the shell above the upper diaphragm and is connected with a lubricating oil inlet; a through hole is formed in the pipe wall of the shell below the lower diaphragm and is connected with an air outlet joint; an air inlet joint is arranged at the bottom of the one-way valve and extends out of the shell. A control chamber and a working chamber perform stress transfer through respective rubber diaphragms. A valve is characterized by being high in control accuracy, higher in sensitivity and higher in stability; meanwhile, by virtue of the structural design, the control chamber and the working chamber are convenient to independently assemble, disassemble and maintain.
