Abstract | The invention discloses a method for improving the fit performance of a calendering type rubber edge strip adhesive sheet for rubber shoes. According to the invention, by controlling the plastication degree of main rubber and fit rubber in the production process, the edge strip main rubber has sufficient hardness and contraction prevention performance as well as the compatibility with the fit rubber, the malleability, viscosity and durability of the fit rubber are ensured; by controlling indexes of vulcanization starting point of the edge strip main rubber and the fit rubber, the consistent vulcanization performance of the fit rubber and the edge strip main rubber is ensured. The method for improving the fit performance of the calendering type rubber edge strip adhesive sheet for rubber shoes is simple and feasible, is low in cost, and has a good using effect. |
