Every 1000 parts by weight of the fruit and vegetable drink comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400-500 parts of prunus cerasifera juice, 50-100 parts of lycium ruthenicum Murr juice, 50-100 parts of acerola cherry juice, 50-100 parts of hippophae rhamnoides juice, 50-100 parts of single roxburgh rose fruit juice, 100-200 parts of vegetable drug extract, and 20-50 of phytonutrient and the balance of purified water. The fruit and vegetable drink provided by the invention is beneficial to improving male vigour and delaying senility.
