Summary:The present invention relates to a preparation method for a substituted methylamine compound represented by the following formula (III). The preparation method comprises that: a hexamethylenetetramine salt compound represented by the following formula (I) reacts with an alkali to obtain a mixture comprising one or more than two materials selected from a N-methylene substituted methylamine polymer represented by the following formula (II); and in the presence of an acid, the mixture comprising one or more than two materials selected from the N-methylene substituted methylamine polymer represented by the following formula (II) is subjected to hydrolysis, wherein in the formulas (I), (II) and (III), A represents the organic group comprising the heterocycle group or the organic group having the substituent, R represents the hydrogen atom, or any one organic group of the hydrocarbon group or the heterocycle group, or the organic group having the substituent, L represents the halogen atom, the alkyl sulfonyloxy group having the carbon atom number of 1-20, the halogenated alkyl sulfonyloxy group having the carbon atom number of 1-20, or the substituted or unsubstituted aryl sulfonyloxy group, and n represents an integer of 2-20. The formulas (I), (II) and (III) are defined in the instruction.
