Summary: | The invention relates to a wear-resistant antistatic composite material for electronic device parts, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of polyformaldehyde, 10-30 parts of carbon black with the particle size of 20-200 mu m, 1-10 parts of graphite with the particle size of 20-80 mu m, 5-15 parts of molybdenum disulfide with the particle size of 10-60 mu m, 6-12 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene powder with the particle size of 30-100 mu m, 0.1-3 parts of lubricant, 0.1-1 part of antioxidant, 0.5-5 parts of silane coupling agent, 1-5 parts of formaldehyde absorbent and 5-10 parts of silicon oil. The material has the advantages of wear resistance, static resistance and simple structure, and can easily implement industrial production. |
