Abstract | To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor which has a reduced gap between an internal electrode layer and a dielectric layer, while suppressing increase in the conductor resistance at an end portion of the internal electrode layer. A multilayer ceramic capacitor (1) comprises an external electrode (4) on an end face of a laminate (1a), in which dielectric layers (2) and internal electrode layers (3) are alternately laminated, and the external electrode (4) is connected to the internal electrode layers (3). Each internal electrode layer (3) has a connection electrode part (3a) that is connected to the external electrode (4), and an internal electrode part (3b) that is connected to the connection electrode part (3a) and extends toward the inside of the laminate (1a). The ratio of a material having a higher melting point than a conductor material is higher in the connection electrode part (3a) than in the internal electrode part (3b). |
