Summary:The invention provides a straight runner water cooling plate with a turbulence staggering step. The straight runner water cooling plate comprises an upper cover plate, a base plate and a lower cover plate; straight runners are milled in the surfaces of the upper cover plate and the base plate; turbulence steps are designed in the straight runners; the turbulence steps in the straight runners of the upper cover plates and the base plate are arranged and staggered; the upper cover plate, the base plate and the lower cover plate are integrally welded to form a water cooling plate with a water inlet and a water outlet. According to the straight runner water cooling plate with the turbulence staggering step, the turbulence steps in the straight runners of the upper cover plate and the base plate of the water cooling plate are designed and staggered, and therefore, a liquid film at a thermal boundary layer can be effectively thinned, the heat resistance of liquid under convection can be reduced, liquid flowing in each runner is changed into a strong and disorder turbulence state, and as a result, the heat exchange effect can be raised, the heat exchange performance of the water cooling plate is improved, the heat resistance of the water cooling plate is reduced, and the difficulty at radiating of an electronic device with heat flux ranging from 13 to 15w/cm is solved; the heat resistance of the water cooling plate can be less than 8K/kw when the rated flow rate is 6L/min.
