Abstract | The invention relates to a low-resistance short-flow and pollution-resistant flat sheet membrane. The front side surface and the rear side surface of a supporting plate are provided with flow guide grooves which are connected with water outlets; the water outlets are formed in random positions on the periphery of the supporting plate; a layer of flow guide cloth covers and is adhered to each of the front side surface and the rear side surface of the supporting plate; a millipore filtering membrane covers and is adhered to the outer side of any one layer of the flow guide cloth. The front side surface and the rear side surface of the supporting plate are respectively provided with a plurality of island-shaped bulges; the flow guide grooves are formed by gaps among the island-shaped bulges; penetrating holes are formed in the middle of the supporting plate; an edge frame is arranged at the periphery of the supporting plate; the peripheries of each flow guide cloth and each millipore filtering membrane are welded with the edge frame. According to the low-resistance short-flow and pollution-resistant flat sheet membrane, the flow guide grooves are used for reducing water flow resistance, and shortening the water collecting flow, so that the energy consumption is reduced, the pollution of biological sewage treatment to the filtering membrane is reduced, the using intensity is kept and the on-line cleaning is facilitated. |
