The invention discloses a method for monitoring the running state of a nuclear power plant. The method comprises the following steps that: a real-time monitoring device of the nuclear power plant establishes a dynamic rule library according to history data in the normal running state of nuclear power equipment; the real-time monitoring device of the nuclear power plant acquires the online running state parameter of the nuclear power equipment in real time; and if the online running state parameter is not matched with the dynamic rule library, the real-time monitoring device of the nuclear power plant judges that the online running state parameter is abnormal. Non-real-time running data and real-time running data of a nuclear power plant system are input into a simulation model for carrying out a simulation test, so that real-time effective monitoring of the running of nuclear power plant equipment is realized. Moreover, the invention further discloses a device and a system for monitoring the running state of the nuclear power plant.
