Summary:The invention discloses a special-shaped granule granularity characterization method which comprises the following steps: determining the center of gravity of a special-shaped granule, measuring the area of the special-shaped granule swept over by each of the multiple straight lines penetrating through the center of gravity when each of the multiple straight lines rotates by a preset angle, and measuring the total area of the special-shaped granule; calculating the ratio between the area of the special-shaped granule swept over by each of the multiple straight lines penetrating through the center of gravity when each of the multiple straight lines rotates by the preset angle and the total area of the special-shaped granule; determining the valid length of each straight line in the special-shaped granule, regarding the valid length as the granularity corresponding to the straight line, and establishing the corresponding relation between the granularity and the area ratio; calculating the area ratio sum corresponding to the same granularity, regarding the area ratio sum as the content ratio of the granulometric class in the special-shaped granule, and obtaining the content ratio of different granulometric classes in the special-shaped granule. According to the invention, granularity characteristics of mineral grains can be comprehensively and accurately characterized, and important information is provided for evaluating characteristics of the material containing the special-shaped granule during the technological production process.
