Summary:The invention aims at providing a three-point model based diesel engine fault prediction method. The three-point model based diesel engine gault prediction method comprises firstly collecting diesel engine operation state data, performing numerical filter and obtaining an interference-free timing sequence and then fitting a timing state parameter variation trend, establishing a diesel engine three-point prediction model, obtaining prediction data according to the three-point prediction model through speculation from the moment to the future and accordingly achieving predication of the diesel engine future working state trend. According to the three-point model based diesel engine gault prediction method, the diesel engine future working state trend can be accurately predicated at the initial device degradation stage to guide a worker to maintain the diesel engine according to conditions. The three-point model based diesel engine gault prediction method has the advantages of not needing all statistical characteristics of sample data, being simple and direct in calculation, convenient to use, accurate in result, particularly suitable for recent predication and the like.
