Abstract | Provided is a multi-direction force measuring ball type steel support. Conveying support vertical and various-direction horizontal loads can be measured accurately, and the normal displacement and rotating requirements of a beam body can be met. The support comprises an upper support plate, a spherical crown lining plate, a piston and a lower anchorage plate. The bottom of the upper support plate is provided with an annular boss which extends downwards. A force measuring ring is arranged between the annular boss and the annular outer side wall of the piston. Radial force measuring sensors are arranged in the radial direction on the force measuring ring at intervals. A mounting cavity is arranged between the piston and the lower anchorage plate. A force measuring elastic body is arranged in the mounting cavity, and the top face and the bottom of the force measuring elastic body are in contact with the piston and the lower anchorage plate respectively. Vertical force measuring sensors are arranged on the force measuring elastic body in the radial direction at intervals. |
