Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of spinning printing and dyeing auxiliaries and in particular provides a preparation method of a novel hydrogen peroxide stabilizer. According to the preparation method, a macromolecular water soluble copolymer is synthesized by adopting a water solution free radical polymerization reaction, and the water solution of maleic anhydride-acrylamide is subjected to polymerization reaction to synthesize the novel hydrogen peroxide stabilizer under the action of an initiator. The novel hydrogen peroxide stabilizer is simple to prepare, is non-toxic and non-corrosive and has good hydrogen peroxide stability performance. By utilizing the novel hydrogen peroxide stabilizer, decomposition of hydrogen peroxide can be inhibited well, and the condition of silica scale adhesion can not be generated. The novel hydrogen peroxide stabilizer has obvious absorption effect on heavy metal ions of Mg<2+>, Ca<2+>, Fe<3+>, and the like. |
