A high-temperature tunnel kiln for production of tuning fork crystal comprises a kiln body; the wall of the kiln body is provided with a plurality of grooves; heating tubes are mounted in the groove. The high-temperature tunnel kiln is characterized in that thermocouples are mounted in the grooves, the kiln body is provided with a temperature control system, the temperature control system comprises the thermocouples, relays and a PLC (programmable logic controller) control system, the thermocouples are arranged in the grooves, and two ends of each relay are connected with each heating tube and the PLC control system. The high-temperature tunnel kiln has the advantages that the sensors are used for acquiring temperature, the relays are controlled via the PLC control system to discover high-speed on and off of the heating tubes, multi-circuit control is achieved, the whole system has a short reaction time, and temperature precision is up to +/-1 DEG C.
