The invention discloses a coffee machine. The coffee machine comprises a machine shell, a brewing cavity and a switching connecting rod and further comprises a swing rod and a water inlet valve. The swing rod is fixed into the machine shell in a rotatable mode. An ejector pin used for controlling waterway switching of the water inlet valve is arranged in the water inlet valve. The switching connecting rod makes the brewing cavity swing to the preset position from the starting position along a transverse slide groove and rise to the brewing position along a longitudinal slide groove. When the brewing cavity rises to the brewing position, the brewing cavity pushes the upper end of the swing rod to make the swing rod rotate so that the lower end of the swing rod can be made to abut against and eject the ejector pin to switch waterways of the water inlet valve.
