The invention discloses a multifunctional maritime mobile rescue device which comprises a box body and a control circuit board arranged in the box body, wherein the box body is a sealed, waterproof and hollow body; an LED control panel, a Z compass, a waterproof plug, a USB output connector, an input port, a control switch, a movable antenna and a waterproof cover are arranged on the side face of the box body; a power supply module, an output regulating circuit and rescue equipment which are sequentially and electrically connected are arranged on the control circuit board. The power supply module comprises an electric quantity acquisition unit, an input control circuit and a power supply control circuit which are sequentially and electrically connected. The electric quantity acquisition unit comprises a solar cell panel and/or a wind driven generator, and the input control circuit comprises a DC/DC converter which is used for direct current conversion for electric energy collected by the solar cell panel and/
