Abstract | The invention relates to a culturing liquid rich in DHA Thraustochytriaceae, and a culturing method. The culturing method comprises the following steps: 1, transferring Thraustochytriaceae colony preserved on a flat into a 10-30ml liquid culturing medium, and carrying out activation culturing to obtain a solution which can be used as an inoculation liquid, wherein each 100ml of the culturing solution contains 1g of glucose, 0.15g of peptone, 0.01g of a yeast extract and 1g of agar; and 2, adding the inoculation liquid into a fresh liquid culturing medium according to an inoculation proportion of not greater than 5%, and culturing. The method is characterized in that the Thraustochytriaceae culturing time is 4-7d, the rotating speed of a shaking table is 100-180rpm, the culturing temperature is 15-30DEG C, the initial pH value range is 4-8, and the salinity of the culturing liquid is 1.5-7.0%.
