Abstract | The invention discloses a novel technology for wet process production of a brake lining, made of composite packing high in viscidity in both a wet state and a dry state, of an automobile. Aramid fibers or aramid pulp fibers are denatured into a material quite easy to mix by adding water, and then the aramid fibers or the aramid pulp fibers are evenly mixed with other materials in a common blender mixer in a spray sowing mode. Due to the adoption of the spray sowing technology, the aramid fibers or the aramid pulp fibers are good in dispersity. Especially, due to the spray sowing of the aramid pulp fibers, the strength and heat resistance of the fibers are highlighted remarkably, and the strength and performance of a product can be improved obviously above 0.15% of the total formula. Therefore, the performance of the product can be improved by means of a small number of aramid pulp fibers. |
