Abstract The invention relates to the field of bio-signal detection and discloses a bio-signal detection pressure control method and system. A bio-signal detector is mounted on a sensor carrier; after the sensor carrier contacts with a detection target, pressures of the bio-signal detector and the detection target are measured; when a difference between the measured pressures and a preset pressure is larger than a preset threshold, tightness of contact of the sensor carrier with the detection target is regulated; when the difference between the measured pressures and the preset pressure is smaller than or equal to the preset threshold, the bio-signal detector is started for detecting bio-signals; bio-signals can be detected under the same pressure condition, and the detected bio-signals are based on standard third-party conditions.
