The missed call reminding method includes the following steps: a. incoming call record information is detected at preset time intervals, so that whether a missed call exists is judged; b. when a missed call exists, the missed call is processed, so that whether reminding a user of the existence of the missed call is necessary is determined; c. when a judgment result of the step b is that reminding the user of the missed call is necessary, comparison and analysis are performed based on settings of a communication log database or the number of times of contact in a predetermined period, and a reminding mode is determined; and d. the user is reminded according to the reminding mode determined in the step c.
