Abstract | The invention provides a treatment process for reinforcing wettability of an Ag matrix phase and an Ni wild phase in an AgNi composite material. Firstly, high temperature heat treatment and mechanical treatment are used to form a thin layer of NiW, NiMo or NiZr solid solution phase on a nickel particle surface, then add silver; silver powder adds to the solid solution phase; a silver metal and the formed solid solution phase are also easy to form a multi-component alloy phase, thus improving wettability of a bonding interface between an Ag matrix and an Ni particle wild phase; the bonding interface between the Ag matrix and the Ni wild phase in the AgNi material is enabled to bond not simply in a mechanical manner, but is bonded well together; and the material is more compact and not easy to crack when a large current is applied. The problem that the contact material in the large current generates spatters and arcing is effectively solved, so as to improve the use performance of the material. |
