Two-dimension code encoding is realized by the steps of acquiring data information input by a user, converting the data information into a binary data bitmap file, and converting the bitmap file into a two-dimension code through a map layer overlaying mode. Accordingly, encoding and decoding of a two-dimension code on a mobile phone are realized by the steps of adjusting a two-dimension code picture and putting the adjusted two-dimension code picture in a preset map layer for binaryzation processing, quantifying black-and-white points contained in the picture into binary data information, and using a decoding algorithm to analyze the binary data information into text information. Convenience is provided for mobile phone users in aspect of information exchange through two-dimension codes in daily life.
