The present invention relates to a secondary structure of carbon nanostructures (CNS) having a novel shape, an assembly thereof, and a composite comprising the same. According to the present invention, the secondary structure is characterized in that a plurality of carbon nanostructures is totally or partially assembled so as to form a tube shape. According to the present invention, the novel secondary structure, an assembly thereof, and a composite comprising the same can be highly utilized in the fields of energy materials, functional composites, batteries, semiconductors, and the like.
