The invention discloses an integrated biological denitrification device and a method for treating wastewater by using the same. The biological denitrification device comprises an aerobic reaction pond, a settling pond, a wastewater pond, a water inlet pump, a blast blower, a sludge reflux pump and an aerator, wherein suspended fillers are added into the aerobic reaction pond and are spheres or cylinders; holes which run through the surfaces are distributed on the surfaces and interior of the suspended fillers; the holes on the surfaces of the suspended fillers have the diameter of 1 micron to 20 mm; the holes in the suspended fillers have the diameter of 10 microns to 10 mm.
