Abstract The invention relates to the field of wireless communication, and discloses a streaming media digital rights management method, a terminal and a streaming media server. Two copyright management strategies for a high-speed network and a low-speed network respectively are designed for a communication network multipath bearing mode. In the high-speed network, it is guaranteed that streaming media is downloaded and played smoothly, and meanwhile a most comprehensive protection strategy is used for protecting the copyright of the streaming media. In the low-speed network, network bearing capacity is used for downloading low labels to guarantee the downloading and playing fluency of the streaming media by greatly reducing authorization objects corresponding to the downloaded flow labels, and meanwhile the safety of the streaming media is protected through the terminal.
