The invention discloses a method for constructing a pressure pipeline and a dam heavy curtain of a head underground powerhouse. The expanding excavation is carried out on a pressure pipeline cave body near a seepage-proofing line of the dam heavy curtain, and first-stage concrete is poured through the expanding excavation space. After the first-stage concrete is poured, a plurality of rows of circumferential radiation heavy curtain grouting holes are formed around a cave of the first-stage concrete for carrying out the heavy curtain grouting. After the circumferential radiation heavy curtain grouting construction is finished, the common subsequent operation of the pressure pipeline can be carried out, any construction interference cannot be caused for the dam heavy curtain grouting, and the seepage-proofing quality of the dam heavy curtain is not affected. The seepage-proofing quality of a dam is guaranteed, and the construction interference, caused by a traditional scheme, between the dam heavy curtain and the pressure pipeline is effectively avoided.
