The invention discloses a multi-branch structure demulsifier of an aromatic ring core. The demulsifier is prepared by the following processes of alternatively carrying out Michael addition and amidation condensation reaction in a methanol solvent by using two materials of methyl acrylate and a polyamine substance on the basis of the structure of catecholamine resin prepared from aromatic ring phenol, ethanediamine and formaldehyde in a condensation manner; grafting a repetition structure unit of polyamide-polyamidoaminedendrimer (Dendrimer) on the catecholamine resin, and synthesizing a Dendrimer macromolecule of a super-multi-branch aromatic ring core as an initiator; grafting a polyether chain segment by oxyalkylation reaction of a functional group of the Dendrimer macromolecule initiator; regulating and controlling the structure and the ratio of the polyether chain segment, so as to prepare a series of polyether demulsifiers with novel structures.
