The invention discloses an organic/inorganic compound fertilizer taking biomass charcoal as a matrix, a preparation method of the organic/inorganic compound fertilizer and a preparation method of fine straw biomass charcoal powder, relates to a compound fertilizer, a preparation method thereof and a preparation method of biomass charcoal and aims to solve the problems that the compound fertilizer is high in raw material cost, poor in granulation, capable of causing straw resource waste and low in utilization ratio and the energy consumption in the production process of the fine straw biomass charcoal powder is high. The fertilizer disclosed by the invention is prepared from fine straw biomass charcoal powder, a nitrogen fertilizer, a phosphate fertilizer, a potassium fertilizer, bentonite, a binder and trace elements; the preparation method of the fertilizer disclosed by the invention comprises the steps: firstly, preparing biomass charcoal; and secondly, smashing and screening; and the preparation method of the fertilizer disclosed by the invention comprises the steps: firstly, weighting the fine straw biomass charcoal powder and other raw materials; secondly, pretreating an inorganic fertilizer raw material; thirdly, mixing; and fourthly, granulating and drying to obtain organic/inorganic compound fertilizer grains taking the biomass charcoal as the matrix. The preparation method of the organic/inorganic compound fertilizer is applied to the technical field of fertilizer production.
